By using principles and techniques from neuroscience, attachment-based therapies, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices, I will support you on your journey to attain overall emotional and psychological wellbeing.

My name is Cameron Grunbaum and I am the Owner and Primary Counsellor at Iron Tree Counselling.

If you are seeking to understand your emotions on a deeper level, to be able to feel them, express them, and change them, while being more comfortable with them, I can guide you along this process.

Talking about emotions and feelings can seem foreign, strange, weird, and uncomfortable at the best of times. My approach is to support you in understanding how you experience your emotions so that you can intentionally shift how you relate to them and ultimately become empowered and confident in transforming difficult emotions into meaningful action plans to help change your life.

If you relate to any of the above or if you’re feeling stuck in some of the patterns in your life and desire to try something different, I am here for you. Previous clients have told me that I provide a safe, comfortable, and warm environment where they feel able to be themselves while becoming more self-aware and changing towards valued ways of being.
